Credit Card Security with online bookings
A recent survey finds that 62 per cent of consumers fear their credit card security is at risk when purchasing travel arrangements over the internet. Whilst many are OK with making smaller priced arrangements online, the majority feel more comfortable making reservations OFFLINE for matters involving larger priced credit card transactions

Frustration with online bookings
In addition to security issues, the survey also shows that "online" technology failure halfway through the transaction process has become an increasing frustration to the travelling public
